I. Organic ceramic film
(1) The membrane pore size is represented with the molecular weight cut off. The porosity is high and it has the high membrane flux.
(2) It is a kind of the symmetric membrane. However, the anti-pollution capacity is relatively poor and the strict pre-treatment shall be carried out for membrane entry. In general, the service life is 3-6 months.
(3) In general, the organic film could not be operated under the conditions of high temperature, strong alkali, strong acid or strong oxidant. It is particularly afraid of contact with the strong oxidant.
(4) In general, the organic membrane is soaked in 1% Sodium Bisulfite Solution (Reductant) for storage after shutting down over 24 hours, to avoid the air oxidation.
(II) Inorganic ceramic window film
(1) It is featured as the high efficiency, high-temperature resistance, reliable operation, good chemical stability and narrow pore diameter distribution, ensuring the stability of the membrane treatment effects.
(2) The separation layer structure is more reasonable and there are 4 layers for the separation layer and supporting layer. The pore diameter is 0.04 um.
(3) It has the high strength. The maximum pressure withstanding reaches 16 bar and 30bar for the coating and support. It is not easy to damage, ensuring the effects of membrane treatment and stability of treatment;
(4) It has the high-insulating performance and long service life. Generally, it exceeds 8 years.
(8) Due to the chemical stability (the pH range is 0~14) and the thermal stability (it is up to 400℃), the strong acid, strong alkali and strong oxidant are taken as the cleaning agent, which is more convenient and easy for cleaning and regeneration.
